Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges of unopened products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

If you would like to request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@shopascebea.com. We will provide instructions and the appropriate return address if a return is required.

Please do not send any products back without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted and could delay or jeopardize your refund or exchange request.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns requested more than 30 days after delivery.

Returns for Opened or Used Products

If a product has been opened or used, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request assistance.

Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Additional information, including photographs of the product and packaging, may be requested to help us evaluate the claim.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include photographs of the item and packaging when possible. Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, exchange, or refund.

Evidence Requirements

To help us process return, replacement, and refund requests as quickly as possible, we may request photographs or video evidence showing the product, packaging, and the issue being reported.

Providing clear evidence allows us to verify claims and determine the most appropriate resolution.

Failure to provide requested evidence may result in delays or denial of the claim if we are unable to verify the reported issue.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item was received.

In such cases, we may provide a prepaid return label or alternative resolution at our discretion.

If a refund is issued, any applicable return shipping fees or prepaid return label fees may not be refunded.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been issued, the order can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process outlined in this policy.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the processing period:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card provider.
  • Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items

Sale, promotional, clearance, and discounted items are generally not eligible for refunds unless required by applicable law.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
